Today Is Labor Day!

  • Love: I'm going to be a grandma!!

I received a telephone call about 8 o'clock this morning from my son saying it was almost time! My daughter-in law has been induced into labor. My son will be picking me up in about an hour to go over to the hospital. Both the grand-mothers are going to be there for the delivery. When I get some pictures of our new baby (Vanessa Anne), I will be placing a picture or two on the Wedding Day Photos page for all to see.

 

Say a prayer for my daughter-in law, Theresa, because this is a high risk pregnancy for her. She was born with sickle-cell disease. Pray that Vanessa is born without it. My son has the sickle-cell trait.
